LOAN
BUSINESS
Loan
Business is a very profitable and fast-paying income earner.
In third-world countries like the Philippines, this kind of business
flourishes because of people's need to respond to emergencies,
sustain livelihood, and improve quality of life.
WIDE
MARKET
This
kind of business has a wide market in the Philippines. Among the
reliable borrowers are public market vendors, sari-sari store
owners, jeepney and tricycle drivers, teachers, company workers
and government employees.
HIGH
INTEREST RATE
The
average interest rates collected by most of the lenders is 5%
per month. Some even charge from 10% up to 20% monthly,
in the case of unsecured loans. You will be surprised by discovering
how many people who patronize these high-interest lending operators!
The secret here is to be able to provide loans quickly when needed
by the borrower.
5%
interest per month is a good profit. It is even higher than the
banks can offer in a year! A fast turn-over of investment is assured!
INVESTOR'S
BENEFITS
Loan business will give our investors a guaranteed, minimum profit
of 30% p.a. on the investment - when investing for a period
of one year only. The average profit in this business will be
at least 60% p.a. which will be shared on 50-50 basis
with our investors.
MINIMUM INVESTMENT: U.S. $ 1,000 - MINIMUM
PERIOD: 1 YEAR
SECURED
INVESTMENT
Loans
released to borrowers of this business, including pawnshop business,
will be secured by adequate collaterals such as lands, houses,
vehicles, home appliances and jewelries.
The practice in the Philippines is to deduct the amount of 4 months
interest from the loan to be released to the borrower on the first
day of the loan-period.
To illustrate how secure it is to conduct a lending business,
please take note of the following example:
A person borrows Php 10,000.00 on a 4-month-payment term with
a monthly interest of 5%. We will then claim a collateral from
the borrower like the vehicle´s original copy of Certificate
of Registration. The vehicle should be worth more than Php 40,000.00
in this case. Instead of Php 10,000.00, we will just release about
Php 7,800.00 because we have deducted about Php 2,000.00, the
total interest covering the 4-month term and some minor loan-processing
charges. The borrower pays Php 2,500.00 per month for 4 months.
Of course, the borrower will be charged surcharges for delayed
payments.
It
should be noted, however, that the given (minimum) interest rate
for pawnshop/lending business is decided by National Government
law.
TAX-FREE
INVESTMENT
The
Philippines is not under the administration of the OECD-organization.
Neither is the country under submission of the rules and regulations
by the FAFT-organization. Because of these reasons, our investors
can be 100% assured that the Philippine Government and the banks
will resist any request from government officials in other countries
regarding our investors' economic status and business transactions.
Since
the money will be managed from the Philippines, it can never be
subjected to the heavy taxes in the investors' home-countries.
In fact, the Philippines is one of the very few countries which
still resist all international attemps to get them to open up
and give other governments the desired insight!
Therefore
TAX-FREE!
